F1 25 issue!!

Who is best to contact for current issues, playing 2 player career with my mate and the first race fine, all the races after that despite qualifying 1st and 2nd, we were both pushed to back of grid or random positions, no penalties or anything Sona game glitch I think. Anyone else had this?
