Powered Racing League
Powered Racing League PRL is a F1 25 league that holds races every Thursday at 8pm (UK). We have just started season 1 and still have a few full time seats available. Any reserve drivers will also be appreciated. We have a great team of admins and stewards and track all sorts of stats. We are also building a great community along the way. Hello everyone, especially EA Sports F1. I'm here to ask if it would be possible to introduce Path Tracing (technology only available on PC since the launch of F1 25) to the latest-generation consoles (PlayStation 5 and PS5 Pro, Xbox Series S/X). It would improve the quality of the game, even for players who don't want to spend too much on a high-performance PC. If anyone can get this directly to EA, I'd be grateful. Thanks for your attention; Let's hope so. [Thread moved from F1 25 IT board to F1 25 EN board, please review the guidelines to find the right language board for your post. Dear, beloved EA! From the bottom of my heart, I ask you to bring back the APX GP team. A huge number of people who watched the film and weren't involved with the franchise until then fell in love with the sport, and I'm one of them. I, like many others, didn't know about the limited availability of APX GP until July 11th, but I still bought the Iconic Edition of F1 25 because it's amazing! But I beg you, I implore you! Hear us, your fans, and give this team a chance to everyone who missed out on it. We will support you and reward you with gold if you release this DLC with the team! Give the fans this opportunity, I beg you!477Views3likes39CommentsF1XL Season 27 starts 25th Jan. Sign Up Now
F1XL is the UK's longest running F1 League having started way back on F1 2010 and we havent skipped a year since. We have since grown from strength to strength, starting on Xbox but expanding to multi-platform along the way and bringing together people from all over the world. Literally. We believe we are unique amongst the F1 League communities and offer something different. We are aimed specifically at a more casual audience. Don't let that fool you - we have some incredible racers driving with us, but we actively encourage people of all ages, abilities, walks of life and lifestyles to join and have fun. To encourage this more casual approach we only use the in game presets. NO custom set ups allowed. So what else? - A unique "Team Principal" system. - A Live broadcast draft night before the season starts where Team Principals get to draft their team across all divisions. - A weekly broadcast chat show (when possible) with reviews and interviews of the weeks races. - As close to full seasons as we can manage in timeframes. - An outstanding and welcoming community with a robust rule-set to ensure fairness for all and great on-track racing. - Season ending All Star Race, a 100% feature race with top drivers from all our divisions. - A silly amount of stats that enables the near 800 drivers we have had over the years to see how they stack up against others along with all accolades accrued We race on Sundays at 9pm BST. 50% race distance with a single quali session. If you want a good look at our history, head over to https://www.f1xl.co.uk/home and check out our past seasons, stats, records and so on. You can apply for the coming season from there too. I’d like to suggest adding proper support for changing helmets, race suits, and car liveries through the season in Career Mode for F1 25. It’s 2025, and this has been a recurring request in the community for years. I’ve personally seen Reddit discussions about this feature that are around five years old, which suggests this isn’t a new or niche idea, but something players have wanted across multiple game releases. Ideally, players could switch between different helmets, suits, and liveries across the full 24-race calendar, or choose specific races where they want to use a different design. In real-world F1, drivers often run special helmets and teams introduce one-off liveries during a season, so this would improve realism and immersion. I’m aware that it’s technically possible to achieve this right now through workarounds, but that’s exactly why it would be better as an integrated feature. If players are already doing this, having official support would make the experience smoother and more accessible. Career Mode is meant to feel immersive and personal, and being locked into the same visuals for an entire season feels limiting. Properly supporting visual changes through the season would add depth without affecting gameplay balance. I’m curious what others think. Would this be a meaningful improvement to Career Mode, or is it something you feel isn’t necessary?Essential MUST-HAVE Fixes for F1 26 DLC
Hey! As a very experienced F1 gamer and long time fan of the EA F1 series, I feel almost obligated to point out and suggest a few things that EA simply cannot ignore for a successful F1 26 DLC. Feel free to add any other ideas you have in the comment section. 1 LITTLE DETAILS MATTER (THE ALPINE LOGO IN 2025 IS BLUE AND NOT WHITE!) One thing I reported even before the release of F1 25 was that Alpine changed the colour of their team logo from 2024 (white) to 2025 (blue). I reported it multiple times, even DM´d moderators about it. For Williams, you managed to fix the colour change from blue to white (thanks to my report). It´s hard to believe that you have a whole year to develop a new game, yet can´t manage to update the colour of a simple logo. These are small details that are not difficult to fix, but are extremely annoying when they´re wrong. So please take your time to get the basics right before moving on to the bigger things. 2 FULL LEADERBOARD SHOWING ALL DRIVERS/BETTER UI Also not particularly difficult, but it would do thousands of players a huge favor. More realism, more options and players wouldn´t have to rely on hobby modders paying monthly fees to do the work you should be doing. A simple Win-Win situation. 3 DRIVER/TEAM EDITOR If any of the developers or operators at EA F1 are reading this thread, could you please explain why this isn´t a feature yet? We already have it in EA FC and other EA sports games, but not in F1! We literally had to wait six months just to swap Doohan with Colapinto. Adding this feature would bring so much more variety to F1, allowing players to freely transfer drivers before and during a career as they wish. Right now, the AI´s driver changes are predictable and boring in 8 out of 10 cases, which really limits the experience. 4 MOST IMPORTANT: IMPROVE THE AI If there is one single thing you are allowed to change, it has to be this. Have you ever asked yourselves why almost all F1 content creators only produce career mode videos for the first two or three months after a new F1 game releases? Because it becomes boring. Because nothing truly changes. And I am not talking about live content or a lack of game modes. The game becomes boring because races are predictable. The AI drives fixed lines, every driver behaves the same and there are almost no mistakes under pressure - or mistakes at all. I have played every F1 game since F1 2017 and I have virtually never seen a real AI crash where two or more cars fly off the track. Maybe once in over 5,000 races there was a minor AI collision at the start. That is not realistic! In real Formula 1, incidents at the start happen in at least every third race. A DLC should focus entirely on improving AI behaviour instead of adding new modes no one asked for. Features like driver personalities, more realistic defending, occasional errors and AI crashes are urgently needed to create unpredictable, engaging races. This would allow players to stay invested for months instead of losing interest after a few weeks, while also laying a crucial foundation for F1 27 and generating real excitement for the new era of the F1 games. 5 EXTRAS As I already said, the AI has to be the main thing for the F1 26 DLC in my eyes so I don´t expect any other things. But here you have some ideas for the F1 27 game that honestly should have been in the game for a long time already: -> Custom Race Calendar -> Better AI for Monaco (I play against 105 AI every track but at Monaco I can easily win against 110) -> Historical Race Tracks (Hockenheim, Portimao, Turkiye and DO NOT DELETE IMOLA!) -> More drivers for career mode (Vettel, Magnussen, Latifi...)130Views2likes1CommentF1XL Season 27 Starts 25th Jan 2026

When I finish a and go back to the HQ screen time is automatically advancing, which is annoying as sometimes I forget that its automatically advancing, and go for a drink or bio break after the race. This means that I miss out on the activities for that period, and also that chance to do other things on the days they come up! I have checked the setting and cannot see any option to turn this off, so please consider adding this! I'm playing on Xbox X.195Views5likes1CommentSome Ideas for the Next Game 27 take some Inspiration
Hey Racers, i decided to take some Time to make a Feedback Sheet for the next F1 Games towards the Developers (looking at you EA and CM) and something to Discuss for everyone. If you all have a Idea to add in or wanna Discuss just write something down there and hopefully people from CM and EA will see specifically this discussion or Thread. Just be Respectful and dont hit anyones other idea off the stage. I think these Ideas would be good to make F1 games alive again. They could use some in depth from other Racing games too and Ideas from F1 Manager as well. I hope you guys say as much as me. CM_TGK EA_cuervo Cpayne32599Views7likes23Comments
