Please can you confirm if you do receive the codes, as there can sometimes be a delay for them being generated and sent after booting F125. I will raise for investigation studio side in the meantime.

Getting a "voucher code not applicable" error

I tried this with a new account and my current account, yes im in america

why doesnt my code work?

1. Try checking your spam folders.
2. It was several hours after I first booted up the game until I got the e-mail, so it may just need more time.
3. Are you located in the US? The promotion was for US customers only.

I am having the same problem and still haven’t gotten anything

Once you boot the F125 game, you should receive an email with instructions, and there will also be information in your EA Account within the Offers and Promotions tab.

Please could you boot the game again and highlight if you receive an email, please?
