F2 Career Idea

Add competition to the F2 career like in F1: competing against a teammate, competing for the championship, competing against someone with a similar OCN rating, or against someone from the academy you've chosen (if you've chosen one). You could also add academy tasks (goals). If academies had different levels of prestige, a better academy would provide greater development (more points, higher OCN rating).
