Thinking about buying a fanatec wheel that is compatible with Xbox and wondered if there is any update on the Fanatec SDK feature being supported in the F1 game franchise in the near future

The Community Manager responded in the below thread saying it won't be coming to F1 25.

Based on the reasoning behind their response, I would think support for the SDK is unlikely to come in the 26 DLC either.
Yeah I was thinking the same when I saw that but as the response was 7 months back I was hoping there may be an update on it. Like you say tho it’s probably unlikely for it to be in the 26 DLC. I also wonder what regressions to the wheel there would be if it was implemented.
EA says in past: new F1 after 2025 will supports SDK on XBox.
But is 2026 a new F1 or only a DLC.
I hope we become full support on Fanatecwheels on XBox with DLC'26!

Yeah I would assume that it won’t be supported yet considering it is still F1 25 game unfortunately.
