Feature Request: Separate & Movable VSC/SC Delta Time Box

During VSC and Safety Cars, the delta time box is currently tied to the timing table in the OSD, which makes it difficult to place it in a clear, visible spot without messing with other layouts.

I think that the VSC/SC delta time box should be made from a separate element from the timing table, so players can move it independently and place it where it’s easier to monitor.  Ideally, the delta box should only appear when a VSC or SC is active and there’s a delta to track.  Too many times trying to keep one eye on the delta and one eye on the guy in front trying not to cause an incident.
