FFB decrease after the last update playing above 60fps in my controller

PC platform, Steam version.

For some bizarre reason, when I play above 60fps, the controller vibration has decreased considerably. It was normal until this update. I was playing at 150fps and the vibration was always very good at 100%. Now I need to lower the fps to 60 to get it back to normal. The problem is getting used to playing at this fps after playing for more than 5 months above 150fps. Could you check? Is anyone else having this problem? My controller is a Hyperkin - Xenon Wired Controller - Officially licensed Xbox 360 Controller. I also tested it with two Gamesir models, the G7 SE and the Cyclone 2, and the vibration above 60fps is strange. I reinstalled the game, verified the game files, and nothing has resolved the issue.

Edit:from what I noticed the vibration until it starts normal with high rates fps. but with time if game, the vibration of the control will decrease. I will take a controller of the series x to test as well

The issue im having since the update. My controller vibrates at 100% no matter what. So the vibration strenght is the same from an upshift compared to hitting a wall. Lmk if you find anything
