Hello,
A few small things for the F1 26 DLC.
- In lobby races, add a "Pit Retirement" option so the car doesn't reappear from the pit lane. These cars can cause accidents or Safety Cars even when the driver has retired in the pits.
- The ability to record an entire race and switch to a different driver to see their on-track actions (for console players)
- Being able to choose your pit box when you drive a personal F1 car
I second that!! League Racing is the lifeline of the F1 games. They're the customers that are playing the game from launch day to the final day. They're the ones playing competitively and taking the game seriously, sending countless hours a week on the game, and should be looked after more.
The in-game "League" menu is a waste of time in its current format and I'd bet that very few leagues use it. This needs a massive overhaul. Most league are run via Discord. Is there a way to integrate this in 2027? The league menu needs more variety and options to customise a league. Show league logos and colour schemes. Maybe this could even be a paid feature to prevent having a list of 100 thousand leagues with just 3 drivers in it. It should be a way to help recruit and have people join your league.
It should be a place where members can check in for races, browse stats and results, view info and calendar on the game main menu, and it should automatically set the lobby up at a scheduled time each week. League staff should be able to edit grids, add post race penalties and apply bans in-game.
I think Codemasters need to be talking directly with some leagues and finding out info on how to use the League Racing menu properly, or just remove it!
