My Team Fundamental Issues Remain

I'm 3 seasons into my save, finally just signed Lewis Hamilton - only to announce his retirement 2 races later. Why is the driver you marketed this game with,  included LH44 merch and challenges, but I can't keep him in my fantasy F1 MyTeam career... Why? This can't be the only solution to getting new drivers on the grid. Have you thought about making Ai teams drop their driver for underperforming (Lance Stroll) instead of coding icons like Lewis and Fernando to retire after 2 seasons? Let me have Lewis Hamilton in MyTeam. Shouldn't even be asking this.

Why is Max Verstappen still insanely over powered? Doesn't matter what car, he's either 10+ seconds up the road or he's overtaking cars like it's nothing. Hasn't been one title fight in any seasons cause this guy just runs away with it all the time, I'm tired and bored of it. Fix the ratings.

The end of season 2, everyone plateaued and I thought, 'Ah it's just teams saving for the reg reset'. Nope, those reg resets never arrived, and for the entirety of season 3 the top teams haven't moved, and I can't catch them up because I have no upgrades available to purchase, despite having Phase 4 facilities - I literally can't see upgrades to buy and I'm below the top teams. How am I meant to compete and mount a challenge? It's been 3 seasons. Turn the Ai down? Sure, I tried that when I realized how insane the Ai acceleration and top speed is. Absolutely ridiculous. But now they're so slow in the corners and it's not fun or challenging. Balance them out.

On the plus side, the handling and the handful of circuit updates are great and absolutely keeping me playing the game for now, but please do something about the Ai and progression issues in MyTeam.
