My team initial driver choice always same 6 drivers

Whenever I start a My team Career, the game only ever presents the same 6 F2 drivers (excluding icons) to choose from, even after multiple attempts and restarting the game. Is there no way to choose from the whole F2 grid, or regenerate the 6 drivers it chooses for you? I was hoping to sign Paul Aron or collapinto but every time I'm only given: Barnard, miyata, durksen, Marti, Maloney, martins
