are you talking about oscillating down the straights? or even just random oscillations? a good fix i've found is to turn on track effectsd to 0, along with all of the other effects underneath it. i still tend to get it here and there, but overall, it's much more playable/enjoyable.
I've also tried adding a bit of linearity steering to help but I don't think finding work arounds is the right answer. Before the patch the wheels were working perfectly okay and now a patch has been put out making driving unbearable. Oscillations on the straight, the wheel snapping back when you are trying to take quick turns. The weird stiff centre when ever you turn the wheel. Even weaving is impossible without the game just spinning out your car. It just needs reverting back to whatever it was before this patch
