"I am writing to report a frustrating issue with my PS5 controller. It is losing vibration and force feedback as soon as I enter a lobby, which is significantly ruining my gaming experience and making it hard to want to play. Several other users are reporting the exact same problem, yet the company seems like they couldn't care less. This is an urgent issue that needs to be fixed as soon as possible."
