PS5 Driver Career Mode – Crash When Loading Save Data September 13

As requested by EA staff in the previous thread, I’m creating a separate thread for this issue.

Unfortunately, the situation has not changed at all, and the same problem is still occurring in F1 25: 2026 Season Pack.

I would appreciate it if the team could investigate this issue again.

If necessary, I can provide additional information, screenshots, videos, or any other details that may help with the investigation.

After updating the game to Version 1.25, I can no longer load my existing Driver Career Mode save on PS5.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Main Menu
2. Select Driver Career
3. Select 2026 Career
4. Select Load Existing Save
5. Choose my existing Driver Career save

The loading process begins normally, but after a short time an application error occurs and the game crashes completely. I am then returned to the PS5 home screen.

The affected Driver Career save was created before the Version 1.25 update and was saved during FP2.

Before the update, I was able to use this save normally. Since installing Version 1.25, however, I have been unable to load it at all.

At the moment, this means I cannot continue my existing Driver Career.

Given that the issue started immediately after the update, Version 1.25 appears to be the likely cause, although I cannot confirm this definitively.
