Ranking Competitions - Post-race evaluation details bug

Add an explanation of where the ranking points come from after the races. Why are there positive and negative points? Model it after the Podium Pass. This will make it clearer what we're rewarded for and what we're penalized for.

    It would be good if these detailed rules were posted somewhere. How many points are awarded for winning with the maximum number of players and how many with fewer participants?
