R&D Points in Two-Player-Career

Hey Guys, quick question. Is it intended, that if you play a Two-Player-Career and you do Free Practice and complete every R&D Goal in Quick Practice on both Players, you only get 250 Resource-Points in total?

Shouldnt it be 250 Points per Player if both reach every goal?
