Speeding In The Pit Lane Monza

I was racing in Monza. I pit, it gives me a speeding in the pit lane, I experimented, I even put on the pit limiter before I even hit the line. Made sure my speed was at the safe speed, it was. Still gave me a 10 second penalty then I went to my pit crew, they did it in 2.3 seconds. DIDN'T EVEN SERVE THE PENALTY.
