Steam sale missing loyalty bundle.

Hello.

Yesterday steam started autumn sale. 

For F1 was option to pick loyalty bundle if you have F1 24 to get another 15% off on top of already 30% off. When tried to add it to cart, I was getting an error but game was added to cart anyway,  once you check cart, game was showing that this is not available in my country (I live in UK)

Around an hour later, loyalty bundle was not longer available. I wonder if EA took it down from this sale or is it steam issue and it will be back shortly.
