It could be done like in ACC (Assetto Corsa Competizione), where you can scroll through 3–4 different dashboard layouts on the steering wheel, each showing different information. For example, there’s a layout for qualifying that prominently displays the lap time. For F1, you could imagine a race layout displaying the delta to the car ahead and behind, along with the ERS mode, and so on. For F1 VR, that would be revolutionary.
