It's been long enough I would say. Who do I talk to about not having my free F1 TV trial?

Should I take the usual lack of response as just that or do yall not care that you sold me a product based in part on this promotion and have yet to make good on it?
According to the community raised issue this should have been resolved with the latest patch.
