Survival Challenge is Implemented Terribly

Basically if you're in first and are not more than 3 seconds faster a lap quicker than p2, its just a drs game. Hate not having setups. 

Just did a race in Spa, where the last seconds were along the straight after el rouge, was 1.2 seconds ahead, and he decided to just not break into 7 and went on straight into the grass. He snatched p1 with no penalty. Nice.
