The functionality that allows you to talk to an engineer
will the feature that allows you to talk to the engineer via microphone be restored on ps5 or will it continue to be possible only on pc?

It will only be PC. Sony won’t give access to the functionality for it so its not something that will be coming back soon
Do you think Sony will allow this functionality when the Playstation 6 hits the market? (I'm assuming that the Playstation 6 will embrace AI more...especially AI voice recognition technology.)
