Re: F1® 25 - v1.06 - Vehicle/AI Changes Feedback
I know others have spoken about AI pace in the wet but having just had an entire race weekend in Singapore ruined by rain, I'm really fed up now with the state of it in the game. IT IS NOT NORMAL to have to drop the AI level by 10 clicks just to keep up. What's making it worse is that EA seem to be absolutely obsessed with wet weather. At nearly every race weekend apart from the middle East races, at least one session has some rain involved. In the entire 2024 season, we had THREE wet races. This is therefore making the problem worse for the players when we are having to race in the wet so much more than is actually realistic. Fully wet sessions are tackled by reducing the AI difficulty by a large amount, sessions that transition from dry to wet are just a complete write off.
EA and codemasters, I'm sorry, but you ought to be incredibly embarrassed. This isn't a new franchise for you. The options for weather are very few and yet you've managed to completely ruin one. It just proves what we already knew, this game is NOT TESTED properly otherwise the AI pace in the wet would have been noticed. We are consumers of this game, not your testers. We do not pay an incredibly large sum of money every year just to test your appalling attempts at fixing issues just for you to break something else because it isn't tested properly.
Please guys, for the love of god, if you do not know how to fix the AI in the wet, just give us an option to turn off the wet weather. It's just ruining career modes and making them totally redundant.
