How can it be that on 'increased', when two AI cars have stopped on track and there are two sets of yellow flags in different sectors, the game still does not deploy the safety car?
Every race, at least one AI car breaks down in track causing yellows and there is never a safety car.
I use reduced and get a good number of safety cars each year, say 5 out of 16. My son uses increased and got 1 in 2 seasons.

Yeah, I wonder if it's a glitch like the "Boost" glitch (rubber-banding) in GT7. If you select Boost to OFF in GT7, it is actually ON. When you select Boost to "Weak" it is almost OFF.
In F1-25 I too have set the Safety Car preference to increase, and after 14-Grand Prix in Season 1, in Driver Career, (Full Distance), I finally got my first Safety Car last night 🎉
I'm going to change my Safety Car preference to "reduced" in my Driver Career and see if the Safety Car starts to appear more often (be more realistic).
For me in previous years "increased" safety car chance option seemed to almost disable safety car and i had more safety cars on "standart". But in F1 25 no matter what setting i choose and what happens on the track, there is never a safety car. There is some many things in this game that worked perfectly well few years back and now are broken, its mind blowing. I guess for some weird reason it must be on purpose because its the same thing with FIFA/EA FC.
Did that work for you? I’m thinking of trying the same thing. ChatGPT is also telling me that restarting session a few seconds after lights out for the formation lap can reset the games incident logic leading to more safety cars. Could be worth trying
Any update guys? Really getting bored of offline bc no safety cars. So dumb.
