Wheels wheel neutral position bug

I have an issue where, at random times during turns, my wheel’s neutral position sets to either the 5 o’clock or 7 o’clock position. And then snaps back to normal at some point during the exit. My settings are identical to F1 23 where it works perfectly. Anyone know fixes to this?
