Backwards view while breaking
i experience when pushing brakes a bit too much that the driver view turns backwards.
I guess I did it by myself, but don’t find anymore how to rest this.

- @Maxer4065 Could be… If you’re using a controller….. the default input to look back is right stick back… If using right stick for accelerating and braking. You will need to rebind look back to another button.
Thank you for your answer, but I am using a Logitec steering wheel, anyhow will try to look around the point you mentioned.
btw, any possibility to switch of that “look into the Apex “ view with the higher camera position?
- @Maxer4065 No… However if you’re using TV pod… If you decrease Field of View by 10ish it will help you be more consistent in the corners.
I don’t have the brain power to explain it. But getting FOV right in racing games is vital.

It sounds like you're pressing a button by accident when hard braking.
Check your bindings. Check the cable connector for the brake pad is fully installed into the wheel base. I had similar with my G29; when pressing the brake pad it would go into flashbacks.
Funnily, on certain tracks with severe bumps on F1 2021, the jolt from the FFB will will initiate the home button mid race.
Also check that input for the MFD is set to default.

Did you mean switch on or switch off? I thought it was only an option for cockpit view.
It’s a bit better in cockpit view. There the inner apex is not visible. Still also there the rear voew while breaking happen.
yesterday I started the game under my wife’s name and there was only forwarded view. No rear view while breaking. But I can not figure out the difference.
