F1 2019 crash on launch windows 11

F1 2019 worked perfectly for me on windows 10 however after switching over to windows 11 the game no longer launches

when booting up the game it goes straight to the crash report

i've read online that deleting the files nvngx_dlisp.dll and nvngx_dlss.dll fixes the problem and it sort of does, the game no longer instantly goes to the crash report however now it just goes to a black screen where it hangs indefinitely

my PC specs if it matters

windows 11 (whatever the newest update for it is)

RTX 5060

i5 14400f

16gb ram
