- @pawel567 You are right, but multiplayer it's too full of random arcade gamers with joypad or with traction control loool
If you want multiplayer go to somenthing better like ACC - @ScarDuck14 So many *, if you pick somenthing better like ACC, everyone play almost only online.
And very few few people will destroy your race in first corner, cause the safety ratings work well.
KUNOS >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> EA - @DavidG53 but what is the point of having 70 degree temps in a 5 lap race. itts just stupid. 2 lap warm up. i mean you surely must have considered this - or not?
online is absolute pinball fest now because everybody slides across the track. IN A 5 LAP RACE???!!! come on. - @Nylink shift then. more fun anyway and after 2 days you dont feel it anymore.

@FernandoHVB wrote:Well, for me that plays only offline modes, I think the game is going ok.
But I must have some mental problem, because I can't play on Bahrein with TC OFF... I'ts impossible for me, it's like driving on ice... I almost always spin on the exit at turn 1, between turns 2-3 and turn 8. I already did an entire season, but nothing compares to the lack of grip in Bahrain.
Bahrain is currently the only track I have tested in race mode both before and after patch 1.06.
First of all I'm struggling in TT, I lost around 0,150 after the patch (from 1:28.0 to 1:28.2), there must be a little bit of inner understeering I cannot fix with the setup or I lose in some other areas, 26-23 my wings. But it's also true that isn't a track I love so I probably won't play more TT.
About race pace (103 kg for 100% race) while I was able to run 26-23 wings before the patch with pressure 23,5 - 22,5, that setup is pure ice after the patch. In my new setup pressure is down to minimum 22,5 - 20,5 (that fixes the issue) while I loaded the front a lot more (29-22 my wings). My pace is now slightly better than before patch, 1,33.low with (S), 1,33.mid with (M) but according to my calculations I will have to prefer M-H rather than S-S-M so I have to improve a bit my current 1.34,mid with (H)

Nuv Hi David and thanks for your fast response. I really appreciate it!
ad 3) There was not a single F1 race this year where any driver started with 70°C Tyre temperature EXCEPT the drivers who started from the pit lane and weren't able to heat their tyres up during formation lap. In the Ranked mode you dont give us players the possibility to heat our tyres up and in Ranked mode you can't deactivate the tyre temps like in Social Play or Single Player mode. I don't understand where my logic goes wrong, when I as a player want to start a competitive race with the same temperatures as real formula one drivers. This setting alone destroys many races because the first corner(s) get even harder to handle for most of the players.
ad 5) I meant that you as developers should know that although changes to better the game are in general welcomed and much appreciated by us customers, that huge changes like the ones regarding tyre temperatures also can lead to frustration, because after spending several hours on the setups for all of the tracks for races, the player has to do it all over again because of the new handling model. Although it would have been nice to have a perfect game from release on I understand the necessity of updates and find it hugely positive that you "corrected" your "mistakes" or in other words improved the game. Furthermore I really liked the fact that you actively told us in your patch notes that you changed the tyre pressures, what the consequences are and how we can fix it and adapt our setups. No transperancy issues in this point!
Your solution regarding a "custom setup per track" would be a big step in the right direction. If you would allow a custom setup for dry AND for wet races it would be almost perfect! If the "game" suggests dry tyres the dry setup would be applied and on inter and wet tyres the wet setup.- @Wollcott you want to raise some more your tone? Takes me 1 second to never come back in this forum.
Hi Fernando,
regarding the "mental problem" you talked about. Every player has the same problem in this corners like you. Another example for me would be turn 11 in Suzuka or turn 13 and 14 in Abu Dhabi which always feels a little bit weird. At first I was annoyed by them but than I "changed my mind" and just told myself that these are track specifics and maybe the asphalt is bad there or it has to do with the tilt of the track. The good thing about this is though, that it is consistent. You will always spin there if you don't be cautious with the throttle.
As I don't know your skill level I add a few tipps which might help you
- Short shifting into gear 4 helps with tractions but may lose you some time. But if your car snaps it loses you more time.
- Lowering the tyre pressures on the rear tyres should help. After the last patch it's a must anyway
- I would not use higher wings on the rear on Bahrain, because it loses you too much time on the straigths, although it would help with the grip.
Maybe some of this helps with your Ice skating on Bahrain 😉
- @DavidG53 Please ignore people with such a tone. We really appreciate your detailed feedback, it's a big win this year 🙂

Yes, please try to ignore that kinda stuff. Hope mods are around.
I'd rather have a dev actually talk to us and take our feedback/suggestions than the silence that practically every other game brings.
