So formation lap is still pointless for everyone online apart from the host.AI speed still crazy for online and Grand Prix modesStuck with only 1 medium tyre and 1 hard tyre in races for strategy.AI still absolutely psychotic and try to bash you off track or drive through you when your near the racing lineStill no fix for pit bug where player car is slowed down for no reason, as what happened to Jarno Opmeer that ruined a league race for himIts almost September and core parts of the game still are not fixed

@jenny_a_mThere is still no fix in sight for the audio stuttering. So many PS4/Xbox One players cant commit to league racing season because the game is unplayable online with the sound issues. shouldnt this be a category A bug???Sorry but reading all the patch notes its a joke. incorrect sponsors etc how can this be more important than multiplayer sound?speechless

Ok, I have thought long an hard about whether I want to be an active beta tester for the multimillion dollar monopoly cooperation that is EA Sports ("its in the game" - er well its actually not but anyways)this may well be my last post until some serious action is taken.Clearly this game has been released way too early (or not, half way through F1 season - and surely after multiple years of F1 versions this one might be ok? - anyway let's move on and thank F for flashback - which I despise using although it gets a huge workout ) note - sorry in advance for any spelling mistakes or stupid spell suggestion changes that I miss - as I will not be going over it again once typed ------------100 % Driver career - I have just completed my 8th round, Baku.I seriously considered deleting the game. AI - in general been written about extensively - just ridiculous to have a car qual in 5th and have the ENTIRE field CLIMBING in your cockpit corner after corner, those in front mount a 10-20second gap in 5 laps because you are concentrating on blocking the AI behind - block them stupidly and they lose 1.5-2seconds and then 3 corners later they are all over you again - completely ridiculous to have a fast car but can't do anything with it .Note: I worked on the balance of the car with a full fuel load in practice and had a great balance - in the race it didn't matter, from leclerc(Qual 6th) to latifi(QUAL DEAD LAST) you are a roadblock.It is not ERS or DRS as this happens every corner with or without both - and most of the time you are using it yourself!For some reason, at miami - I was able to battle with the AI competitively - could focus and pull a gap on alonso, about 0.05 - 0.15 sec per lap which resulted in 2-3 second gap after 20odd laps - that was the best race for realism - i qualified in the top 10 and was able to race with them - is this because this is a new track and EA have focused on setting the AI properly for this track ?Needless to say it is completely different track to track - and I mean COMPLETELY 14. Zero damage wing replaced in pitstop So on my second stop I did not have any damage to the wing - all solid green no hint of a yellow at all - the team changed is - WTF not only that they then decided to Fxxx the stop up and that's why I ended up with latifi15. Prac and Qualifying track grip COMPLETELY different to race - but not for AI?So i spend all FULL prac sessions setting the car up for qual and race - soft tyre runs and full fuel medium/hard tyre runs It seem this is a complete waste of time except for qual where I finished 5th.Going into the race the race balance tested in practice is TOTALLY different and inconsitant race track to race track - WTF is going on here ????AI it seems have no problem at all - of course 16. AI outlaps from pits don't suffer from cold tyre temp understeerEven after I complete what I would call a great outlaw - the AI are always quicker out of the pits on "cold' tyres - we have massive understeer to deal with and they don't seem to have the same issue!Just another clue to the AI being overpowered and nearly unplayable.So with that said I will leave it there - if there are no serious improvements in the VERY near future - I will never buy an EASports game again - waste of time and money.Note - I will not be posting as a beta tester again - I don't get paid to do it - I paid for the game - and this is NOT ABOUT THE MONEY IN THE MEANTIME - I WILL BE PLAYING - F1 MANAGER 2022 - which looks a whole lot more realistic to the type of F1 game we would expect as enthusiasts! As it looks like "ITS IN THE GAME"

On another note, I'd like to report another bug/glitch that's been happening to me since one of the first patches after the original game release (june 28th - Champions Edition):
The audio for the Radio Victory Call is NOT playing anymore.
It was working just fine after the game was released, but then it stopped playing after the first patch and never worked again.
I press F2 to listen, but nothing happens:
Also, it doesn't play during a race when I win (or anyone else wins):
All the other audio in the game are playing just fine since day 1 (except for that one and only type of sound - the Radio Victory Call) - I can also use my mic to communicate with Marc just fine, so I'm pretty sure it's not an issue on my equipment (phones or mic), or outdated audio drivers, or anything - all my audio works just fine on my computer.

Anyone else experiencing this/these bug(s) too?

Bigger less intimate shop than Codemasters I presume. I’m sure they’ve retained only one community manager for the support page who is probably overwhelmed with more work! Reality bites!

@SexyBrigadeiro Have you turned music volume down? I couldn’t hear it either. Only audio option I had changed was turning music volume to 0. Turned it up and I can hear the victory call

Hey, mate!

And yes, I had music set to 0 (zero) since day 1 (june 28th - Champions Edition) and although having those under the 'Music' audio group is not exactly smart (it should be under 'Speech', right?!), I've just did as you suggested and turned the music volume to 10 and.. it still did NOT work - no audio at all for the Radio Victory Calls..

Funny thing is is that it was working just fine right after that initial release, on june 28th and then after the very first patch after that release (I don't remember the exact date and/or the exact number of that patch, but I guess it was 1.04 or 1.05) it stopped working - so it IS something on one of those patches that screwed it up for me.

And yes, I already did a file integrity check (twice) and even actually uninstalled and reinstalled the game from scratch and still nothing.

Also, super weird that the only piece of audio that doesn't work for me is that particular one - ALL the other audio in the game works just fine - also the fact that I use my mic to talk to Marc shows that the problem is not on my own audio devices, which works just fine for me on my PC on all the other programs as well..

Last but not least..
I remember there was a similar issue last year with one of the patches on F1 2021 and it caused only the radio victory calls to stop working - but it was actually addressed by the devs and fixed on the following patch - so I can only assume a similar issue is happening now and it needs to be fixed as well - although last year it seemed to affect more people and this time it's affecting only me and maybe a few more people here and there..

@SexyBrigadeiroIn Audio Settings if Radio Verbosity is set to Critical or Response Only then it won't play the victory radio calls, even when trying to preview them in the shop. Set it to Everything or Reduced if you want to hear them but then you have to put up with Marc telling you that you only have 5 laps of fuel remaining when you're on the final lap of the race... Not sure why it's tied to that setting, it seems like a bug but I haven't bothered to report it.
That's the issue from my experience anyway, I assume it's the same for you.

Something is still wrong with Miami in My team career. I am losing insane ammount of time on the straights just like in the first season with much worse car and old AI (apparently fixed) straight line speed bug. I gain tremendously in S2 just to get smashed on straights. On other tracks it seems fine to be honest, but Miami seems to be a problem for some weird reason.
Checked if this occurs in single GP mode and it doesn't. So its only my team career thing.

Hey, there is still a persistent issue with the audio on Xbox one consoles. Everyone who hasn’t upgraded consoles, is suffering from the audio issue of it stuttering.
It is only present when racing online so committing to a league racing season, is difficult as we’re unable to hear what is happening with the car. The audio can also completely drop out at times, where we have no audio for a few seconds, which isn’t great. The sound issue has been persisting with early generations consoles and it is making the game unplayable and not enjoyable online with the sound issues.

hoping for this to have a resolution soon.

I've given up with MyTeam.....
I know A.I Straight line speed and higher end gears has been fixed, but the MyTeam car gets out accelerated by everyone (including teammate) and handles like a tank.
Driver career doesn't have these issues?
