Add manual pit stops / manual red flags in F1 26
Hello dear EA and dear community! My idea for F1 26 is the addition of fully manual pit stops. Currently you either have the option to make your pitstop fully automatically or you can press a button in the right moment to pit. While a simple button press may be cool, I think you could make it a lot more fun, challenging or interesting. My idea is that you need to steer and brake into your pit at the right moment, similar on how it worked in older games. The "press a button system" could be added as a assist. So you either have the option to make a broadcasted pitstop, a semi manual one (button press) or fully manual by steering, braking and driving in the pit lane fully on your own. Not just me but many players think that that would be a insane addition, adding a lot of fun and a challenge to pitstops. What also is a feature many people want are manual red flags. If a red flag is called, every driver has to return to the pits BY THEIR OWN and not just get teleported to a screen. If a red flag is gone, driver should drive out of their pit manually and line up for a race restart. I think both of these additions would be GREAT for F1 26 and could really enhance the game's quality. Thanks for reading this feedback! Hello all and Ea. As we all know the new regulations for 2026 cars will be different and better as a new era for the cars as well in the near future the V8s will be back. As I speak on behalf the F1 community, EA should focus on with slipstreams, online multiplayer penalties for drivers dirty driving (purposely crashing into other when driving wheel to wheel and etc) but the most I think we can all agree is to bring reverse tracks to all tracks, different track layouts for tracks that have more than one, as well old track layouts, and tracks that aren’t in the f1 calendar. More diverse and better than having to repeat same tracks playing over and over again online or in career mode, plus a big ask is to bring back 1990s to 2010s cars as a separate game mode/multiplayer event. If you can implement the first majority parts into the new game next year you can see more players active and new players in the future, please consider adding a few things even if they have to be cheap add ons to buy better than having stupid in game modes that no one will ever touch that’s been in the game for quite some time. Thank you from the F1 community13Views0likes0CommentsProposal: Engine Supplier-Focused F1 Management Game Mode
Hello EA / Codemasters team. I am a passionate F1 fan and I have an idea for a unique F1 game concept that could complement the official series. The player acts as an engine supplier, designing and developing motors for F1 teams. Teams approach the player for engine contracts. The player manages motor performance, reliability, and upgrades over seasons. Motor design can be simplified using either experience-based progression after each race or a part-combination system within size and weight limits. AI teams use the motors in races, and race results reflect engine stats. Optionally, the game could start from historical F1 seasons and progress through evolving technology. This concept focuses on the technical and strategic side of F1, offering a fresh perspective without interfering with existing driver-focused gameplay. I would be happy to provide a more detailed design document or prototype if this concept is of interest. Thank you for your time and consideration.36Views0likes0Comments4-Player Co-op: Build & Race Your Dream F1 Team
Add a 4-player co-op team mode to F1 26 where two drivers race on track while a Car Engineer designs every detail of the car – engine, brakes, aero, tires, fuel, and cooling – and a Race Engineer manages strategy, pit stops, and radio feedback. Drivers will feel the impact of your designs and comment on performance, creating legendary cars and real teamwork dynamics. Start with one engineer role and expand to a full 4-player mode later to let friends truly run an F1 team together.53Views0likes0CommentsIdeas for F1 26
Here are a list of things that I would like to see in F1 26. 1: Bring old tracks back from 2013,2012,2020 and 2010. 2: Make career mode calendar fully customisable like adding your own sprints, reverse tracks and have any track in any order. 3: Add classic cars back from 2000s, 2010s and 2020. 4: Add F3 mode in the game and F2 and F3 will have reverse grid for sprint races. 5: Make the damage model more extreme like in the older F1 games. 6: Add Team Icons from the 2013 season, like grosjean, vettel, raikkonen, bottas, ricciardo and many more. 7: Add the National anthem for 1st place on the podium. I hope you'll implement my Ideas for the next F1 game.93Views0likes0CommentsVIP Podium Pass and PitCoins - SCAM
I remember when PodiumPass was introduced in F1 2020 and VIP cost you X PitCoin, let´s say 10.000 as it is now. With VIP you´d unlock 10.000 PitCoin each season (if not a bit more acrtually but I´m not entirely sure so let´s calculate with 10.000). That meant you´d spend IRL money on PitCoin for VIP but at least you were able to get VIP for the next season basically "for free" just by playing the game enough to reach PodiumPass level 50. In F1 25 however you also have to pay 10.000 Coins to unlock VIP but you can only unlock 9.000 Coins if you reach level 50. Level 5 (VIP) - 1.750 PC Level 10 - 750 PC Level 21 (VIP) - 2.000 PC Level 26 - 750 PC Level 36 - 1.000 PC Level 45 (VIP) - 2.750 PC This is not okay. Not only are the items in PodiumPass ridiculously bad as it´s flooded with uselss F1 World itmes and the few helmets, suits and liveries are all sponsor designs instead of base designs that we can properly cutiomise with the new decal editor but we are also scammed for our money. In my honest opinion you should be able to make 15.000 PC with every VIP season but I get that greed is a major factor here so at least go back to a fair "Invest 10.000 and get 10.000 back" system as it used to be. It seems like you (EA) are at least somehwhat on a decent path again when it comes to your games. For me F1 25 is the best F1 game since 2020, FC 26 looks promising and so does BF 6. Now do us a favour and overhaul your season passes as well. Thank you.71Views0likes0CommentsLet Us Control Teammate Strategy + Smarter AI for F1 26 Career Mode
To elevate realism in My Team Career Mode, we need the ability to control our teammate's race strategy with options to adjust it mid-race based on evolving conditions, just like real teams do. Currently, teammates are frustratingly slow (especially from F2), and we have no say in their race decisions, which breaks immersion. Additionally, the AI is overly passive and one-dimensional: fast on straights but weak in corners, always leaving space and too easy to exploit. AI difficulty should be balanced, not just based on straight-line speed. For elite players (e.g., F1 Esports drivers), there should be an option for AI up to 120 to allow meaningful competition. These changes will help make F1 26 more dynamic, challenging, and true to the sport.42Views0likes0CommentsSuggestions for F1 26
Hello EA Sports F1 team, As a frequent fan and player of the F1 saga, I would like to share a series of suggestions that could significantly improve the gaming experience in future installments such as F1 26, taking inspiration from other titles such as EA FC, Madden or NBA 2K. 1. Dynamic interviews and realistic narrative Bring back the interviews in the career mode and "My Team", where the answers affect reputation, relationships with teams and media. That the player's decisions influence how he is perceived by the press, fans and colleagues. 2. Greater customization of the pilot Allow you to create a pilot from scratch with facial editor, height, free nationality and personalized features. Currently there are only default models, which limits the variety. 3. More options to customize cars and teams Include a more advanced layout editor or the option to share creations with the community. More freedom to create unique shields, colors and styles in My Team mode. 4. Deeper management in "My Team" Assume the full role of CEO: hire technicians, manage budget, sponsors and marketing. That the performance of the car and the pit stops depend on the level of the technical staff. Possibility to choose which pilot to use or see both from the wall and control strategy. Contracts with drivers, rumors of signings, rivalries and team morale. 5. Audience and more realistic setting That the support of the local fans is noticeable depending on the country or pilot. Examples: The Tifosi with giant blankets in Italy McLaren fans supporting Piastri in Australia Sergio Pérez fans filling the stadium in Mexico Animations prior to each session showing emotion of the audience, as in a real broadcast. 6. Update of the Hermanos Rodríguez Autodrome The Mexico circuit still shows the Foro Sol, when it is now the GNP Seguros Stadium. It would be good to visually update that area to reflect how it currently looks. 7. Special designs inspired by real Grand Prix Some teams present unique liveries for certain events (such as McLaren in Monaco). It would be great if these designs arrived as additional content even after the event. 8. Integration with collaborations and official clothing Include costumes or visuals based on real collaborations (Puma, Boss, etc.). 9. Return of legendary cars It would be great to see cars like: Ferrari F2004 (Schumacher) Renault R25 (Alonso) McLaren MP4/4 (Senna) Red Bull RB9 (Vettel) Useful in time trial, challenges or story mode with flashbacks. These ideas would bring realism, variety and immersion. Thank you for taking them into account for F1 26 or future deliveries!164Views1like0CommentsMake F1 26 More Realistic with Complete Car Damage
Hi EA Sports F1 Team, Please add fully realistic car damage in F1 26. Not just damaged wheels or a broken wing — I want the entire car to distort and be damaged in all areas after crashes. Partial damage feels boring and unrealistic. Full damage would make races more immersive and challenging. Thanks! Hi EA Sports F1 Team, Please add realistic mechanical failures to F1 26, like: Engine overheating Gearbox issues ERS or DRS malfunctions Suspension or hydraulic problems These should depend on car setup, driving style, and race conditions. It would make races more unpredictable, immersive, and exciting — just like real F1. Thanks! [SuperUser Edit] - Removed excessive spacing to make post easier to read.50Views0likes0Comments
