Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Perhaps it is directly tied to our accounts and so maybe some inside digging is required there. If not, recreate the conditions that we had and try to see if a league corrrupts like ours did, read below
What happens when the bug occurs? failure to verify game integrity which forces us to restart game. persisting in game mail issue, wont load at all
What do you expect to see? in game mail needed for us to play co op career

I hope to give more information on the problem

Hello, me and a few friends were in a league game, and somehow when the lobby progressed from FP1 to Quali, the league itself became corrupt. At first we were given an error along the lines of "invalid integrity, limited multiplayer features" or something, and so we all restarted the game. Next, when we re-entered our league lobby, the league itself had changed many settings. For example, our F1 Teams had been force switched to the Player Car option, and we could not change it back. This meant that our league files did not match, which makes sense when you consider that our standings were full of the actual F1 drivers, and the lobby was trying to put us into player cars. Anyways, we were unable to continue this league and had to make a new one.

However, this problem also broke all of our in game mail systems. No matter what we do, whenever we open the mail, it loads forever and nothing appears. This is true for all 4 of us who were in the league, and stops us from playing game features such as Co-Op career.

Another friend of ours has joined us in the days following, and so was not involved in the corrupted league. His in game mail works, and I was able to successfully send a co-op career invite to him and play with them, so the issue itself is rather strange. I did receive a similar integrity issue when i sent this invite, but after a game restart the career had been formed.
