F1 22 Can't Sign In to EA Account

@EA_rephii The email address sadly no longer exists! Have tried account recovery but apparently that's not active...

in this case, you would need to contact our support team and let them know that you don't have access to your e-mail any more. They will try and recover your EA Account with asking some account details and will verify you in that way. 

Once the verification is done, they will be able to update your email address and you should be able to access it again.

@EA_rephii I have just spent some time on the phone with them. They have said the account is deleted and there's nothing they can do to recover it....

Same issue here. Game boots up and asks me to reset my password as my credentials have expired. I reset my password and nothing happens. Support is useless, might just refund the game.

Hi Ea,

I pre-ordered F1 2022 Champions Edition digital game, for some apparent reason i cannot log into my EA account, on F1 2021 it automatically logged in for me and the first time starting F1 2022 is says im unable to log in and i need to reset my password. I have followed all the prompts by resetting my password, changing my account name, and every time i try to log into the game it still says i can't sign in i have to reset my password, please help me out as this is a little frustrating as I've been looking forward to this game for a while now.

are you sure you reset the correct EA Account? If you still have trouble resetting your email address, you can contact our customer support

we usually do not delete accounts just like that. It might be disabled here, so you should try the same as I recommended above and try and send reset emails you might have used for the EA Account.

I have now even paid to have that email address back again, but the password reset emails arn't coming through. This is ridiculous! I never even closed my account, it was due to inactivity. 

Mine was apparently deleted too. Support said to reactivate the account using the email address that created the account, but I'm using the account...

So I thought maybe I created my current account with a different email address and then changed it to my current email address. The support page says in this case to change the email address of the new account. I changed the email to something else, tried to reset the password of the email which would have created the account, but it says the account doesn't exist.

The problem with this is apparently there is no way to unlink your PSN account if the EA account has been deleted, which is possibly the most idiotic thing I have ever heard. Especially seeing as there is no way now to recover my account.
