Missing Champions Edition Content [PS4 / PS5]

Try closing the game and then starting it again. That's what I had to do to get that content show up

Having same issues on PS4, tried multiple restarts and nothing yet, weird how I've got the early access and nothing else considering early access is one of the perks of the champions edition

I have the same problem. However, I received all content except the pitcoins. EA support told me to download the pre-order packs, but I already did that.

We're looking into the issues with missing Champion's Edition and pre-order content that have been happening on some platforms. 

Right now we don't have a time frame for when it may be fixed, but we appreciate your patience while we're investigating.

I have a slightly different issue, but related.

I did actually receive the additional content for the Championship edition, but when I reload the game (using Origin) it says the DLC is missing and it has had to remove the associated objects. When I jump in I can add the hat / helmet etc that comes with the Championship edition, but then it gets dropped again on next load.

Hopefully this is being looked at as well. Appreciate any updates if anyone has any.
