Never heard of a speed limit under the SC in the game, you just need to keep the delta time positive while it the SC is out. This means keeping the deltas in the right upper corner of your screen green.

The person in front of me entered the pit stop, but was not on my field of view.
Anyway, keeping your delta positive should avoid it, right?
I don't think so, it was not showing any warnings about the delta, I get warnings about the delta all the time and know them.
During this one, the screen was clear and then *boom*, drive through penalty out of the blue. Costed me 6+ positions in the race.
Really want to understand what happened so I don't make the same mistake again.
