Does anyone knows if they’re going to add or when it will be next weekly event? At the moment that trophy is unachievable.. i’m scared with the last F123 release they’ll no longer support this game 😕

This was reactivated several times in the past. I am afraid that if it doesn't activate anymore is not going to come back.

And still EA won’t care. They’ve still got what they’ve wanted. Starts with m ends with y. I won’t be buying any other games of theirs unless they start listening to us and start caring about their community.

The part you missed out was the UFC and also EA's treatment of yet another small studio. Fight night was the only game that "EA chicago" made so when weighing up having to pay employees to make one game along with those license fees... well their fate was set.
The rise in popularity of the UFC allowed EA to deal directly and quickly with Dana White to establish the UFC line of products without having to deal with things like the WBC,WBA, WBO, IBF and boxers on an individual level. This was basically perfect timing in ref to pushing out a fighting game using the engine.
EA have made amazing decisions and always at the right time/place when it comes to these sports games particularly football over the last 3 decades. With gaming increasing in popularity it won't be long before UEFA etc do the same as FIFA, its just so much profit for FUT.
Question, do you think EA have a fanbase? Or do you think Dave from the pub just likes a bit of footy on his PS5? BaldursGate 3 just surpassed "FC24" as the most pre-ordered game within the Sony system, Starfield is at the top over on Microsoft. One is swallowing these large 3rd party publishers like its nothing and the other (Larian Studios) has sent them packing. I think the EA that exists now won't always exist, they have alienated the consumers to the point negative opinions are standard and bigger fish are coming (and hungry).

it won't hurt EA at all they still have the teams/players, all that they are losing is the name fifa and the world cup name
@SEGAtendo1989 Yup I believe FIFA were demanding a cut off the FUT profits. But EA said no as FUT has nothing to do with FIFA.
EA knows it pays top dollar for licensing and know not many publishers can or will match or beat what EA pays. EA have history off walking away when they feel the price is to high.
EA fight night was a success. So boxers such as Mayweather thought you can’t have a boxing game without him in it. Decided the millions on the table for his imaging rights needed more millions added to it. Obviously all the other boxers EA wanted to add to the game also wanted more. EA said take it or leave it. Boxers thought it was a bluff and said leave it. EA cancelled the games development which apparently was almost finished with just adding the boxers that hadn’t already signed.
FIFA being FIFA overestimated the value of the FIFA name. No one wants to play international football games when only a dozen teams at most can be considered elite and on par with each other
@SEGAtendo1989Yea mate I wasn't 100% sure on that but had a read about it earlier.
Looks like the License was 300 million and FIFA wanted to double it. Either way lets hope this game FIFA are having made ends up as good as at least pro evolution was. If they can make a game good enough that it generates sales in an excess of 300 million its a win, a one horse race is good for no one hence we are here right now.
