F1 already has the best driving foundation. The next step should be to transform career mode into a complete journey: driver academy, reserve driver, testing, team management, engine development, legacy after retirement, and a deeper My Team. A level of care and attention to detail similar to that found in the EA FC franchise.

Career Mode has a lot of potential, and expanding it into a complete motorsport journey from starting in a driver academy, progressing through reserve driver duties, is certainly interesting and could certainly add more depth and immersion.
