Received 7 of these over one international break and my squad has full fitness and 80+ sharpness.
if someone decides to “mansplain” to me why i got these emails i will redirect them to the first post.
- @Lasballs Yes this is super annoying! Especially when the entire point of it is that you’re supposed to change it
I’m literally getting these every 4 days throughout the whole season. Haven’t touched them since pre-season. Really annoying (broken) feature.

Yeah, it's super annoying.
It's more annoying to get xxx training plan isn't effective you should change it and then a day later receive the let it do its work email. Completely broken system. Also have broken text at the top of the screen on this page.
This seemed to happen to me when I had 3 matches per week? I had sim tested L2 with Colchester Utd, I had a papa john's match sandwiched between a league match on Saturday and Friday so the demand on the players seemed to be more than normal, the first email suggested that my CB was flagging and I should change the training plan based on the needs and requirements but then when I made adjustments the following day I get the email from him telling me to leave the plans alone because he noticed I kept changings it?
I think the email itself isn't actually needed at all, the initial email regarding training plans is perfectly fine and it's also okay to get a warning email if one of your players is struggling with his current plan but I agree with OP the email telling you to leave the plans alone can be trashed, it's not needed and to be honest as already pointed out it happens too many times during the course of a season for it to be useful.- Nightbeat_BE2 years agoSeasoned Traveler
Do you guys change the training plans after each game. I feel this is a must. Haven't got any mails about changing training plans since i check up and change if neccesary after each game. Your players can need a different trainingsplan after a game, depending on how much stamina they've lost during the game, how many days there are between games, how many minutes they've played. I find these training plans one of the better things of career mode as it really makes you check up on each player after each game. It's the first thing i do after finishing a game : check up on my players fitness and sharpness and make adjustments to trainingsplans based on what they need, how many time there's between games and which players i'm gonna use for the next game.
- Nightbeat_BE2 years agoSeasoned Traveler@Lasballs Well, were those mails about players away on international duty? They played a game and therefor you probably should adjust your training plans for them. I My team is on 99 sharpness and 99 fitness after an international break. It's best when you progress on your calendar during an international break you pause halfway to see if your player has played a game and adjust their trainingsplans accordingly.
I don't know why but it seems to be team locked for me. I've done 3 seasons at liverpool, half a season at Blackburn and 1 and a half seasons at villareal, but the training work spam only happens at villareal.
