4321 tactics career mode bug

Every time I use the 4321 formation in my manager career mode, the lcf and the striker stand right next to each other, like really really really really close. they shouldn't be this close to eachother, the striker should be in the center and the lcf should be on the left. this happens in 100% of the scnearios, not once have I seen them depend in the right position. please fix this because the game is just very bad. It also crashes like 8/10. fix your game please
