Academy players not getting 2nd Playstyle+

After the most recent title update, none of my academy players are receiving their 2nd playstyle+. I’ve gotten 4 players past lvl 90. They all have their first playstyle+ from before the update, but are not receiving their second. This game just keeps giving me reasons not to play 😔😔
