accidentally overwrote my Ronaldo career mode autosave with another career mode

So I accidentally overwrote my Ronaldo autosave. How can I get it back????? PLS HELP

Options to disable Fill Teammates is greyed out. How to disable this?
Fill Teammates in Clubs is enabled but cannot be disabled as option to do so is greyed out. Why is it greyed out and how can I disable Fill Teammates?
