Adding points or rank for teamplay

Hi, the worst thing in Clubs Drop-in Match that u may face some players who might ruin the game because they simply will not pass the ball or will instantly call the AI for pass for no reason. 

I think it will be cool that at the end of the game if we have the ability to rate the players cooperation and that will have consequences like that the player will just find the players that they do not cooperate too or banning hem or something.
