Allow us to REMOVE the sacking option! You basically have no freedom in Manager Career mode. It's ridiculous. There's no reason this shouldn't be OPTIONAL.

Secondly, the whole f*****g mode is broken!! Why is it that you can have a fully happy squad, fail ONE LOW IMPORTANCE task, and now I'm hemorrhaging board rating points.
