Balon D'or cutscene

Apologies if this has been mentioned before. I'm in my second season with Juventus in manager career now and there has been two Balon D'or awards but I have not seen any of the cutscenes it just has a section on the news tab.

Is this a mistake? Or does it only show it in player career or does it have to be your players involved? Anyone know the answer?
