I'm having the same issue. Totally ruins a plan for a team when you suddenly have 2 crucial players for the same position. I have also found an instance where a player has less than 6 months on his contract, but no option for direct offers (need to "buy"). C'mon EA, this is clearly an ongoing issue that needs to be fixed ASAP
