Bug support pro clubs

Hi I have a problem with my pro clubs.

xbox series x

I have no problem loading into pro club matches but when I get onto the game and it starts I can’t move my player (pro) at all he is totally frozen (for a week now)

tried resetting xbox

tried changing controller

looked st my settings (nothing changed)

tried restarting ea fc 24

please let me know how to fix this asap
