Can i use my clubs player in both ps5 and steam platform?？

I currently play fc24 's Club mode in ps5.

I am considering to purchase steam/origin ver. FC24. because i would like to play FC24's Club via my laptop while I am not at home.

Can I share my club player progress in both ps5 and steam/origin ver.?

@leoyuenhcNo, they're are not transferable.You can however look into the Remote Play function of the PS5 as that should work just fine.You can use your laptop, a PC, or a Cell Phone to play your PS5 from anywhere.https://remoteplay.dl.playstation.net/remoteplay/lang/en/ps5_win.htmlYou might introduce some latency depending on your connection, but I've done this before with reasonable success.If that not acceptable, you'll have to purchase the Steam version and start from scratch.
