Can't disable Clubs voice chat?

When I play Clubs online, I cannot disable the in game team voice chat.

Because of how bad the in game chat is a few of use Discord to communicate while playing crossplay, yet for some reason, the others that are in the team and not in the discord can hear me and I can hear them despite me having voice chat DISABLED in  the audio settings, please fix this as it is extremely annoying.
