Can't get my packs

When I go to claim the rewards this bug happens so I can not get the premium pass packs or any more packs because of this bug please fix as this is 2 day now

EA please fix your game...bin trying to play over month now and still this is not fixed...i could play on ps5 version and i have fc 25 but those suck. #community admin. #community manager.
