Can't Renew Contract in Player Career Mode

Username: GeoSki23Date &amp; Time Bug was noticed: 28/10/23 at 09:49pmTroubleshooting: Tried restarting the game and console and going back to previous save but nothing has changed.I'm currently on a journey taking my local club from League Two and towards the Premier League. At the end of the season, when it came to renewing my player's contract, even though I didn't complete 1 Optional Objective I was given a contract that was higher than I requested. I wasn't given the option to either accept it or re-negotiate the contract, the only option I was given was to change clubs.&nbsp;I had researched in the community and online to see if this was a common issue, and it turns out it is. Attached are screen shots showing the issues I and others have had. No matter how well you do in a season for your club, if you fall short on 1 objective, you don't get the option to accept the contract given to you or renegotiate.&nbsp;If anyone else has encountered this problem, press the Me Too button or reply so there's a better chance it gets looked at. It would be great if this was resolved!

This is exactly the same issue I am currently encountering. So the problem is the optional objective? I have completed 1 but not the other and it is forcing me to change clubs even though the club I am currently with is offering me an increased pay. I am just unable to sign because my only option is "change club"

I think it could either not completing all 'Optional Objectives', offering more than what's left in the budget, or a simple bug. It seems the only way to progress to the next season with your club is if you complete all the objectives. Either way we should be given the option to negotiate or accept, not be forced to move club or restart the career mode.

It might be worth uploading a screenshot of your contract screen as it will increase the chances of this getting looked at. Here's some other screenshots of the problem.

Every time I look on here to see if people are having the same problem, it seems to be more every day. Hopefully this gets picked up and looked at.

Some Career Mode issues are going to be resolved in the next update, including some which are more popular than 'Unable to Renew Contract'. This could mean once this update is available, this problem could be the next one they look at.

If we keep on sharing our problems and screenshots of this issue, this may get resolved soon.
