Career Mode - EA I’m begging you to listen.

EA, for years manager mode has been neglected and surprise, surprise imagine my shock when the fundamentals are exactly the same as last year:

* Repetitive cut scenes

* Repetitive interview answers which don’t really factor morale as an input in the game altogether, it rises regardless.

* Youth development overall rate still slow so you can’t make the best next star.

* New features are just a gimmick and boring - the training plan just constantly receiving same messages that a player needs their plan changing every 2 days.

I like other players who mainly just play manager career mode are sick to death of the boring outdated functionality of the game. Not only is the period small where you only get something like 15 years as a career but it just becomes so boring incredibly quick because you won’t invest into making it what people love it for.

The one thing I was hoping for this year to be improved with hope was the browse job section. But no, the same once again, only top jobs available with no chance whatsoever of moving to a lower end club in a different league or country. It becomes so boring, winning the leagues or major cups and then the only chances of a move are 2-5 of the top clubs in the world. I may want to go to the MLS or Saudi once achieving something but no I can’t. I may want to drop down a league and build a team up but no I can’t.

Why can’t you just put the option in to move to whichever club you want to like it was on 05 or 06? You could literally pick any country and club to move to but for years on end it’s the same clubs in the same leagues with no option to allow you to enjoy the mode. Players don’t care about having a select few jobs. If a team is in the relegation zone, I may want to move and start a story of saving them and rebuilding but I can’t.

I’ll start with a smaller club, build them up and win things, within 3/4 seasons im starting a new game because what’s the point in doing the same thing over and over again? 

You add the leagues and new clubs but what’s the point when we can’t even move to them and experience them unless you’re playing in that league? IE the Argentinian league. It would be so good to manage in England or Spain and then move there once you’ve fulfilled what you want to do. I cant comprehend why you can’t just do this for us?

I’ve just started a season with Rangers to try something new and now that their stadium is in the game, it may be something good to try out. I know for a fact I’ll be starting a new one again soon. The start of the season will always show more jobs than 3/4 seasons down the line but it’s still limited and mainly Europe based. I also know that even if I win the league with Rangers, I won’t be able to land a good role the following year as it’ll say “you’re not a match”. We’ve seen Ange go from Celtic to Spurs, this won’t be replicated on my mode because again the aspects you’ve placed in the game.

Finally the loan options are still absolutely awful. We’ve seen many players in the prem move on loan where they’re above the age of 25. You’re still sticking to the fact that a player generally between 16-23 can be loaned. If a player isn’t playing or performing in the starting XI for a club, why can’t I loan them? Reguilon for example has moved to United on loan, hypothetically in the next season there’s no chance of me loaning him as it’ll say “this player isn’t for loan”. The amount of players Chelsea have, maybe I’ll try take some 24-30 year olds on loan and even though they’ll probably not play “this player isn’t for loan” IT’S BORING ! It would be perfect to add. 

All I and the community ask are for these aspects to be added so we can just enjoy the mode:

* Add the option to move to whichever league and club in the world. 
* Increase the overall rate of youth players in the academy or team to reflect their performances.

* Allow loans for players of all ages if they’re not performing, in the team or in general just allow it.

* Loans for youth players still doesn’t work. I get several offers from the same country in lower leagues which would be realistic or from the league of their nationality yet they always reject it. 
* Improve clubs trying to purchase players on your transfer list. It’s always near the end of the window any attempt for players occur.

If I had to pick one of the above I just want the option of being able to move to any club/league because I’m just becoming so bored after a few seasons. You already have the country and league on the section, just make them both sliders so we can pick for ourselves.

Bring the cut scenes back pre-match. Why on earth have you taken them out? You’ve got the broadcast packages yet now they’re not even walking out to the music or showing the line ups.

I don’t expect you to read this, I don’t particularly expect you to even improve the mode because you only focus on UT now. But please just add this feature. The community are begging for it and it’s been the same year on year that the browse jobs section is so limited. If you add it, I know many players will gain so much more enjoyment out of it.
