Career mode - youth academy players

I'd like to know why don't you just allow the full editing (face, height/weight, preferred foot, attributes, playstyles etc) for youth players and regens. As it is written earlier Career Mode is an offline mode so there is no competitive advantage in this.

This method is available in pretty much all other sport games' career/franchise modes (i.e. Madden just to stick around ea games).
